Our story
Gentileza was founded in 1987 as a local moving company. Back then we handled residential and commercial moves locally and within Brazil. With more than 15 years of experience, we decided to expand our services scope
In 2004 we began to handle also international moves from Brazil to all different countries and coming into Brazil.
In 2011, with all the experience acquired for the previous seven years, we decided to create a new company, with focus on the international moving department and that is how Gentileza International Movers came to be.
Gentileza International Movers was created to take care of the imports and exports specifically.
Nowadays we help corporations, diplomats and private people looking for an easy and stress-free door to door move to other countries, no matter what the destination is.
We count on highly qualified and experienced partners in the four corners of the world and with their help we can help you move wherever life may take you.
International Association of Movers
We have been part of the IAM (International Association of Movers) for more than 10 years. IAM is an association of international removals companies that has as goal approximating reliable companies from all over the world so to reduce the differences and make the process of relocation smoother.
Being part of this association also gives us the opportunity to meet our partners annually. There, we discuss improvements that can be done in our services in the most different instances, from the packing materials to the customer service, and how to incorporate them into our procedures.
Other than that, and most importantly, we request ratings/evaluations from customers to check where we and our partners can evolve. All of that has helped us develop satisfactorily during the past few years. We also form new partnerships every year and each time our area of coverage becomes larger.
Federation of European Movers Association
We have been part of the FEDEMAC since 2022. Similarly to the IAM, its goal is to make it easier for moving companies to find reliable and experienced international moving companies, especially in the European market.
Gentileza is one of the very few Brazilian international moving companies to be part of this association, whose most members are within the European Union.
Being part of this association helps us understand better the demands and standards of the European market and provides us with all the resources we need to make sure we can help our customers moving to or from Europe the best way possible.
