We offer a complete door-to-door moving service, in which we collect the move from the residence in the country of origin and deliver it to the residence in the country of destination.
Our door-to-door moving service is carried out through a partnership between two companies, one responsible for services in the country of origin and the other responsible for the country of destination.
Because in an international move, it is always necessary to rely on more than one company.

When moving to Brazil, we will count on one of our partners abroad to help with the services in the origin city and country and together we will guarantee you have a stress-free move.
After reaching out to us, we will contact for some more information and to schedule a virtual or in-person survey to collect more information about your shipment. This way we are able to evaluate what will be required for the perfect execution of the services, what the best transportation mode will be. With a survey done, we will also be better prepared to provide a tailor-made rate that suits you best.
Customs clearance
Customs clearance consists of the bureaucractic procedures that must be handled towards customs in the origin country and destination country. Different countries have different regulations and require different documents from the owner of the shipment. Having the right information is the most valuable thing.
We will request those documents in advance and make sure we have all right before shipping and handle all customs procedures on your behalf to make sure you have a carefree move.
Premium packing – International Standards
Moving internationally requires a much better packing, with better and more appropriate packing materials and with expertise when packing.
An International move takes longer than a regular in-country move and the packing will make all the difference when it comes to having your belongings arrive at destination the way they left at origin. Packing materials for International moves are more resistant, durable and breathable. The act of packing also matters a lot, knowing how to pack, how to handle and how to organise items inside boxes.
Our packing materials follow International standards and are made specifically for exports and our crew is specialized.
Cardboard boxes
Our cardboard boxes are double-layered, more resistant, durable and breathable. They are made specifically for international moving and comply with high quality export standards.
Silica
Silica gel is used to prevent humidity issues, such as mildew. Those are added to all packages, boxes and in the container.
Wooden crates
Our wooden crates are tailor-made to accommodate your most beloved belongings and guarantee they get to their destination in perfect conditions. Wooden crates are made for more fragile and delicate items.
Other packing materials
We also use cardboard papers, silk papers, cardboard plaques, tapes and other materials to pack all items in the safest way possible.
Transportation modes
We can provide 3 different ways of transportation for your international move.
Transport by land
It is transported by truck and it is an option when moving to neighbouring countries, e.j.: Brazil x Argentina.
Transport by air
It is shipped on airplanes. It offers faster transit time and it is usually the best option for moves that are not so large.
Transport by sea
It is shipped in containers on vessels. It has longer transit time and it is the best option for larger moves going to not-neighbouring countries.
Types of sea containers
Containers that are only transported by sea.
20 feet container
It is the smallest exclusive container. Its volumetric capacity is 33 cubic meters, which, most of the times, equal to the furniture, house appliances and smaller items of a regular 3-bedroom apartment.
40 feet container
It is twice the size of a 20 feet container, its volumetric capacity is 66 cubic meters. Most of the times, that equals to the furniture, house appliances and smaller items of a regular 5-bedroom house.
40 HC container or 45 feet container
It is slightly taller than a regular 40 feet container and its volumetric capacity is 76 cubic meters.
Sea shipments that are smaller than a container
LCL – Less than a container load (consolidate shipment)
Most of the times, it is an option for shipment that are smaller than 20% of a 20 feet container. When shipped as LCL, the items (packed in boxes and packages) will be accommodated in pallets and wooden crates.
It is transported by sea.
Airvans
It is faster and it is a good option for shipments that are smaller or even medium-sized, depending on the origin and destination countries.
